Duncan Bagshaw is Co-founder and General Counsel of Eldridge Industries. Previously, Mr. Bagshaw served as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners where he led a legal team focusing on deal negotiation, structuring, and special-situations analysis for the investment management business. Mr. Bagshaw currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ausenco Pty Ltd, and is actively involved in other Eldridge Industries businesses. He supports the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Lupus Foundation of America, Cornell University, Greenwich Country Day School, and The Windward School. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from Cornell University and his J.D. from Villanova School of Law.
