Jason Schwartz

Jason Schwartz is a Managing Director at Eldridge Industries. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Stonebriar Commercial Finance, where he oversaw all day-to-day legal operations of the company and supported the company’s strategic initiatives. Prior to Stonebriar, Mr. Schwartz served as the Vice President – Legal of GSI Investments, was an Associate at the international law firm of Jones Day, and held a federal clerkship for the Honorable Nancy Johnson of the United States Court for the Southern District of Texas. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
