Kaitlyn MacDonald is a Senior Associate at Eldridge Industries. Previously, Ms. MacDonald was a Human Resources Manager at Maranon Capital where she was responsible for overseeing recruitment, administrative functions, and employee relations. She began her career working in the non-profit space at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and JDRF International. She recieved her M.P.H and a B.S. in Exercise Science Education from The Ohio State University.
